Zur Farbgebung des Instrumentes:

Der Künstler Jacques Gassmann aus Hannover kombinierte die Farbe Blau mit sattem Grün und einem leuchtenden Orange. Die in lasierender Tuschetechnik aufgetragenen Farben gliedern die Segmente des Instrumentes und verleihen ihm eine ungeheuere optische Dynamik. „Die klaren Strukturen der Kirche mit den immensen Lichteinfällen werden von dem Orgelgehäuse aufgegriffen und bilden die reine Grundlage für Licht, Ton und Farben. Die Farben greifen die von Luft erzeugten, zu Himmels-phären geblasenen Töne der Orgel auf und verwandeln das Instrument damit in ein harmonisch-lebendiges Objekt, welches es auch ist“, so der Künstler über seine Arbeit.

Comments to the coloring of the instrument:

The artist Jacques Gassmann from Hannover combinded the colors blue with a rich green and a bright orange. The application of the glazed watercolor on the individual segments grant them an enormous visible dynamic. „The clear structure of the church with its immense areas where light falls is -captured by the organ case and creates the pure basis for light, sound and color. The colors capture the tones which are produced from air of the heavens and transforms the instrument into an object living in harmony with its surroundings.“ This is how the artist speaks of his work.
